This website provides general information about J-Hill Entertainment and its services. Event details, capabilities, availability, and pricing may change based on the venue, duration, schedule, audience, travel, sound, and production requirements.

Inquiries and availability

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, create a contract, or guarantee availability. J-Hill Entertainment will confirm the event scope, pricing, and any steps required to secure the booking in writing.

Transactional text messages

If you separately check the optional text-message box on the booking form, you agree to receive transactional text messages from J-Hill Entertainment at the mobile number you provide about that booking, including payment confirmation, intake reminders, and event updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase and does not authorize marketing messages. Delivery may depend on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Published offers

The published family-entertainment trial and weekly offer apply to the stated duration and standard scope. Longer events, travel, special scheduling, ceremony coverage, and expanded production may require a separate quote.

Coaching consultations and enrollment

A coaching consultation request does not enroll the requester, reserve a coaching schedule, or create a payment obligation. Paid enrollment is offered only after program fit, format, expectations, and the 12-week schedule are confirmed. A three-payment plan divides the full program tuition into scheduled installments and is not a cancel-anytime monthly membership. Final enrollment, rescheduling, cancellation, and payment terms are provided in writing before payment.

Behind the Booth Live Gig Shadow Experience

A Shadow Experience application is not an event ticket, reservation, employment offer, internship, performance opportunity, or guarantee of backstage or booth access. Every request requires J-Hill Entertainment approval and may also require venue, client, promoter, age, admission, safety, privacy, and production approval. Standard experiences start at $299; featured, extended, travel, or special-access events may be quoted separately. The confirmed scope, conduct expectations, cancellation or rescheduling terms, and secure private payment link are provided in writing before payment. If J-Hill Entertainment or the venue withdraws approved access after payment and cannot provide the agreed experience, the customer will be offered a reasonable reschedule or refund.

Media and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website copy, brand presentation, and original media are owned by J-Hill Entertainment or used with permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Mix Vault listening and releases

The Mix Vault may identify published releases, licensed listening options, works in preparation, and archived recordings that are not currently available for purchase. A recording's appearance in the archive does not mean that it is for sale. Listening and purchase buttons are shown only for the option currently available through J-Hill Entertainment or the named platform. Direct Mix Vault releases currently include a 20-minute preview and a $20 full-mix download, as displayed on the release page.

Digital purchases and licenses

If a digital product is offered for purchase, its checkout page will state the price, delivery method, and any product-specific terms before payment. Unless a separate written license says otherwise, a purchase is a personal-use license for the buyer and does not transfer copyright, performance, synchronization, broadcast, resale, redistribution, file-sharing, or commercial-use rights. Availability may change if a platform, collaborator, event partner, or rights holder requires it.

DJ crate-ready hard drives and library organization

J-Hill Entertainment represents that music included in a crate-ready package is owned by J-Hill Entertainment or covered by licenses authorizing its distribution for the package described. The customer receives only the usage rights stated in the written order or product license; ownership of third-party copyrights is not transferred, and files may not be duplicated, shared, or resold beyond those stated rights. Public-performance and venue music licensing remain separate unless expressly included in writing. Hardware, catalog scope, software compatibility, backup responsibility, turnaround, permitted use, and delivery are confirmed before payment.

Custom apparel orders

Personalized apparel is made to order using the design, garment color, size, shipping address, and skate name or social media handle approved at checkout. U.S. standard shipping is included in the displayed price; the final amount is shown by Stripe before payment. Payment places the order in J-Hill Entertainment's private proof-review queue and does not itself release the order to manufacturing. J-Hill separately reviews the paid proof before sending it to Printful.

A customer may request cancellation before J-Hill releases the approved proof to production. After production is approved, custom-name, correct-size, and correct-color orders generally cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned because they were made for that customer. This does not limit rights that apply to a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item. Report one of those problems within 14 days after delivery with the order email and clear photos so J-Hill can review a replacement or refund. Production and carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling and providing an accurate deliverable address.

Event recordings

Event recordings are not automatically published or sold. J-Hill Entertainment may require approval from the client, venue, promoter, collaborators, identifiable participants, and applicable music rights holders. Private events and events involving minors remain unavailable unless the required written permissions and safeguards are documented.

Payments, delivery, and refunds

Eligible purchases may be processed by a third-party checkout provider such as Bandcamp or Stripe. The checkout provider's displayed total and terms apply to that transaction. After a successful direct Mix Vault payment, the buyer receives a private download link that expires seven days after purchase. The link is for the buyer only and may not be shared or used to bypass access controls. If payment is refunded or disputed, secure-download access is revoked. Custom apparel follows the production, cancellation, damage, and return terms above. Technical delivery problems and refund questions will be handled under the product-specific terms shown before purchase and applicable law.

Third-party links

The website links to or may embed third-party services for social media, licensed audio listening, video, checkout, form processing, hosting, scheduling, and email delivery. J-Hill Entertainment does not control their content, availability, pricing, terms, or privacy practices.

Changes

These terms may be updated as services and website features change. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the revised terms.
